Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. - Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the return within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your refund or exchange has been processed.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different part (e.g., swapping Brake Discs for a different model), follow the standard return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the item you would like to receive instead. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
