Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price. We only consider an order confirmed once payment has been processed and we have sent you an order confirmation email.

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3. Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.1. Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Brake Pads
• Any electrical or lighting components that show signs of installation or use

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts and documentation.
4. Mail the authorized return to: Auto Component Hub – Returns, 1382 Golf Course Drive, OMAHA, US 62871 USA with the RMA number clearly written on the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

5.4. Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
